Q:  How do I get help signing in or with a website problem?
A: Email us at or call 888-242-0563, 8am – 6pm ET, M-F. Our Erie, PA customer service team will be happy to help.

Q:  What's the catch with the FREE DVD?
A: There is no catch! There’s no shipping or handling charge. No invoice will be sent and the DVD is yours to keep. The only thing we’d like in return is feedback. We also encourage sharing! Get your colleagues to sign up, each selecting a different DVD, then share!

Q:  How often can I get a FREE DVD?
A: We want educators (including homeschoolers) to know how much they’re appreciated. That’s why we offer (U.S. educators) one FREE DVD every school year for as long as you teach. In return, we ask only for your feedback once the video is used in class. Our school year runs July 1 - June 30, so once you sign up and select your free DVD, you’ll be eligible for another FREE DVD next July 1, as long as you’ve submitted feedback via our online form. Q:  What’s involved in subscribing to Daily Current Events?
A: All izzit members automatically receive access to our Daily Current Events. If you’d like to receive our daily email reminder (or STOP receiving the email) please visit the “My Account” page or the “Current Events Lessons” page and log in. You can then change your setting for the email reminder. (The email contains a very brief description of the articles for the day.)

Q: Who is eligible for izzit membership?
A: All U.S.-based educators, including homeschoolers, are eligible for the FREE izzit membership.

Q: I’m in another country…can I get DVDs from izzit?
A: You cannot get free DVDs, but you’re welcome to use the streaming services on the site. (You do not have to be logged in to watch the videos) Please email to make requests for our materials to be sent to a non-U.S. address.

Q: Which videos are available as FREE DVDs via the membership?
A: Any video is available as your FREE DVD selection. We offer some videos that we obtained from outside producers and we're not able to offer those for free. Click here to see the DVDs you may choose from.

Q: Is there an izzit catalog available?
A: Yes, you can print our catalog or view it online by going to

Q:  How do I receive my FREE DVD?
A:  Our online registration form will prompt you for your school shipping address. Once registered, browse our Educational Video selections and select your DVD. You will receive your DVD 2-4 weeks after submitting the order. Please keep track of when you should receive your order, and let us know if you haven’t received it within 30 days. We cannot track DVDs beyond 60 days, and therefore we will not replace missing DVDs if you don’t notify us within that time period.

Q:  What if I don't have an email address? Could I still enroll as an izzit or izzit PLUS member?
A:  In order to join, you must supply a working email address and a U.S. shipping address.

Q: How will use my information?
